The hotel was a strong match for a weekend vacation in Jackson with excellent value for money. I really appreciated that the housekeeping team found my jewelry box and mailed it back to me without hesitation. For a great stay, just make sure to check your belongings before you leave.

Honestly the staff was super helpful. The front desk guy Jason went out of his way to bring me toothpaste when I called.

We were in town for a baseball tourney, and we ran into some real issues. The AC broke down at night, and the staff didn’t have a room to move us to. I learned after that they could've helped us. Plus, the walls are super thin, so every noise echoed. Breakfast wasn’t great either, and runs out fast.

The nearby eats are a blast, with Sparky's Pizzeria serving killer slices just 6.5 km away, and Jiang Jun offering amazing dumplings at 7 km. Plus, the staff here were super friendly, and the rooms had that clean, fresh vibe that really made the stay pop!
